Issue verifying the account

I have been trying to verify my account. I have sent multiple documents including my ID which is valid up until dec 2020 and a government issued document however it keeps on getting rejected because it was issued more than 6 months ago. I have been in contact with the support however they are not helping me. they keep on saying that I send it on the link that they gave me.

 

I've been explaining everything that it keeps on being rejected even though the document is valid, I really need some help on this.
