Issue to upgrade individual account to business account

  • I logged in from my main paypal email.
  • I'm trying to upgrade my individual account to business account. It is playing into loop.
  • I clicked on the link 'upgrade to a business account', I chosen business type 'Corporation'.
  • Then It was asking email address and I filled my main paypal email(same as above), then it asked for password, i entered the password. After that it redirect to again https://www.paypal.com/bizsignup/#/businessTypeSelection.
  • This is going into loop again & again. Can you please help me.

If you're experiencing a loop when upgrading your PayPal account, you may need to clear your browser's cache and cookies. Depending on which browser you use, this can be done under 'Options,' 'Preferences,' or 'Tools'.
