HELLO!!

Hello, having issue error message "We couldn't confirm it's you"

i already called for the paypal they told me we will fix it and they told it 3 times (about 2 weeks)

they also told me it's not paypal problem but sites problem where i pay.

But i having this issue paying just for friend thru paypal ebay same problem

i can withdraw money to my bank account but there is commision so that's problem asswell.

It sounds like it could be our security system. Please ensure you are not using a VPN or private IP when accessing your PayPal account and if you are currently travelling wait until you are home before trying again.
