Hello paypal team good morning i have have one problem on my account I'm trying to change my address but I'm not able to change I don't no what happened in the time zone options only two time zone we can select I'm living in united arab emirates but my address showing Singapore our ZIP code is 00000 so please help me to change my address and my bank account also not showing in the add bank account list that same bank the one I'm using debit card can you check please thanks for the service god bless to all our paypal family team

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You can't use another countries paypal account.
