The mobile app on that allow me to change my address so everything I have but has been sent back because it has the wrong address for billing and shipping. The app will not allow me to change it and I have spent hours trying to reach somebody on the telephone but they have no life support now. I want to take a sledgehammer to the automated support (can’t call it support because there is none). I’m about to close my account but I’m not sure I can even do that through the app. This company has done nothing but waste my time and let people charge things on my account. I think I’ll just move to Apple Pay.
