Hello,today when i opened paypal i see paypal wants me to Upload documents. So the problem is i dont want to share my info and Upload documents or i dont want to link my bank account. I want to keep the balance on paypal. I have phone number to confirm that its only me. i got the paypal balance by sellings game(csgo) skins on legit sites(<removed>).So is there any way to use this paypal balance without shareing or uploading any of my documents? Or i will have to lose this money?
