there is fraud going on with my account and I have no one to talk to. What can I do?

1. Locate and click payment transaction in your PayPal account activity
2. Click ""Report a problem”.  
3. Click “I want to report unauthorized activity”.

2. Click HELP at the top menu.
3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
4. Scroll down to click MESSAGE US or other contact options.
