I'm trying to reset the number associated with a business account but can't because it requires punching in a four digit code from the old number which I no longer have access to.
I contacted them on Facebook and they told me to Initiate a Guest Chat using the following method
Log in>> enter your email ID>> having trouble logging in>> contact us>> initiate a guest chat.
I can't see a Guest Chat option. "Contact Us" just brings me through to the Help Center
