International phone number and address

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how to add an international phone number and address? Seems like Paypal doesn't understand that not all their customers have a working US phone number?

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

Does anyone know how to set up a new PayPal account in a new country?  I was reassigned to Germany, and when I Google search for "PayPal account Germany" i get reverted back to my original US PayPal account.

You'd think they'd make it as easy as possible ....

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

Log on to paypal > register and put in your email address you want to use and then select the country you want from the drop down box.
