Incorrect password but not

For the last few days, when logging in to paypal to make payment, i have had a message saying my password is incorrect. I know 100%that i am entering the password correctly, however, i have to go through the forgotten password link to reset it. I reset the password and i can then carry on until the next time when i have to reset again. This is annoying and concerning. What is going on?
