Incorrect email address used to buy tickets

Hi guys, My daughter just brought tickets using an incorrect email address shr has since tried to change it we are unable to log in we have screen shots of the confirmation payment How do we get our tickets does any one know? Thanks in advance, Mrsjclarke

Thanks for joining the PayPal Community! I am sorry to hear that happened. It would be best to reach out to the person/merchant the tickets were purchased from to explain the error. Through PayPal, we would only confirm and process the payment but we would not send the email with the tickets. If you still need help getting confirmation of the payment though, you'd want to reach out to our Customer Support through Facebook, Twitter, or by going to the bottom of any PayPal page under "Help" or "Contact."
