Incorrect Email set to account.

We have an online Woo-Commerece store linked to accept payments via PayPal.
The incorrect email address was applied in the settings. 
Payment notifications are now being sent to that email address and we cannot reverse / cancel the payment notification.
After 30 days this will automatically reverse itself with no action. We have now updated this email notification address but, can we track the previous orders and reverse them?
There are no "Pending" items in any views and the buyer does not have the option to cancel the order payment (even though the funds have gone off their account). 

We do have contact with the email account holders but they do not have an active PayPal account linked to that email address.
