Incapability to provide details to resolve account problems

Hello! A few days ago, I received a notification regarding issues with my account. I provided almost all of the necessary bits of information I could, however, there are some documents which I cannot provide as I do not possess them. I am unable to fulfill the following actions: "Provide credit card statement" and "Provide purchase receipt from your supplier". I do not own a business nor do I use my PayPal for business transactions, so I do not possess a purchase receipt from any supplier. At the same time, I use a virtual card as my credit card (I use the application PayMaya as I am stationed in the Philippines). The application does not provide a proper credit card statement, but instead provides a list of past transactions. Is there any other way I could resolve the issues connected to my account without providing providing the aforementioned requirements?
