Inactive account status

I regularly buy items for the game Guns of Glory, until a month or so, PayPal worked fine. Now my account is listed as inactive and I just transferred $20 into it. Does anyone have any ideas how to rectify this situation. It is not a Google problem or a Guns of Glory issue.

If you are using a game console such as an xbox or playstation, a Billing Agreement is required in order to complete payments. You may need to reset the Billing Agreement in your PayPal account.
