Impossible to recover my account and I do not know if I can take my money back

Hi, I had an old account, I made a payment from my current account to the old one. When I try to get in it, I get the wrong password (ok no problem) I have forgot your pasworld. I do everything I need to get my email etc, ask my phone number in 2015 ops, I do not have it anymore since 2016. I call the paypal we understand, and when we get to the last step "the postal address that mi You said it was wrong, we will not give you access. "
Now I have one option left, I make a ticket to return my money to my current account on the old one. Here I hit another problem. The money I sent via option 'send for friends, family' does not have paypal seller protection.
What should I do to get them back?
is very frustraded
