Impossible to close account

Hi,

I’m on iOS tablet / Safari browser.

I want to close my account but under Account options, there is no Close account button like implied by the Help Guide.

Please help

Do you have any limitations on your account at all that are unresolved?

Absolutely not.

I also removed my card & bank account before, just like the Help Guide suggests.
