Impossible to change name of account owner

Our organization's treasurer is gone and we have a new treasurer. The old treasurer's name is on our account. I have filed the 3 documents required to change the name MULTIPLE times, and followed the advise of a help agent in doing so. The documents are legible and correct. Each time I receive a canned message saying that the documents are not legible or incorrect. There is nothing specific in the message. Is it impossible to change the account owner name? I really need help with this. Thanks.

Hello @VABiker 

Every document has to be issued on letter-headed paper and has to have business logo, date and official signature. Please also make sure your files are in JPG or PDF format.
