Im locked out of my account

so 20 hours ago i paid with paypal and everything was fine, then the next day i tried to login to paypal and it said tried logging in to many times, some has just transferred me money at this time aswell, so i go to change my password and i codrify through my email and then it has a phone number, this number is a phone i just lost out partying the other weekend, ive emailed had no reply but i have no phone so i cannot call, i need to acces my paypal:(

Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US and select the PAYPAL GUEST option since you are locked out of account.

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording to reach a rep.
