So I tried making a business account and now I do not want to. Every time i go to paypal.com it takes me to the bussiness account signup. I'm trying to just check my activity but I cannot.

Speak with customer service to downgrade to personal account:
Click "Help" at the top menu, then scroll down and click "Contact Us" and then select the phone option.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
