A transaction appeared to my phone which i never did paypal charged my acount and when i send that in the resolution center they just told me that they didnt see unusual transaction.So i cant do anything i cant communicate with noone for this they keep telling that everything is ok Now i am trying to close my account and i cant cause it keeps telling me that is not possible
