I just tried to get the PayPal debit card for my account, and when it said it was going to confirm my identity it didn't ask any questions or anything, just popped up that it couldn't confirm my identity. What do I need to do?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
