On logging in I am met with 'sorry we could not confirm your identity' despite my having provided proof, having successfully linked a bank account and having used the paypal account successfully. Plus on asking to use the forum Paypal recognises me! There is no way to address this within my account except by phoning because everything else requires a log in! Any suggestions gratefully received!
