Identity confirmation

I accidentally put in the wrong personal details when first making my account and now I can't change them because when I try to confirm my details they don't match, so now my account is locked. Please may I have some assistance to solve this? Thank you.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! Normally, you're unable to change the personal details of your account unless there is a change in ownership on a business account. I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page to see if there are any other options that may be available.
