I need help. I’m trying to confirm my identity to PayPal to regain control.
When i created the account 15 years ago I used my nickname. Not my legal name. And now all of a sudden they want to confirm my identity with my id etc etc, which doesn’t match in first names. I’ve tried messaging PayPal. No one answers.
