Why do I need to confirm my identity? I do not have any of the documents which are required for the address verification. As I still live at home and I do not have a job. What do I do? I need this money in my PayPal as soon as possible.

Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:

• Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
• Bank, credit card, or financial statement
• Cell phone bill
