ID Card Verification.

If I make an Ireland based Paypal account and while creating it choose my nationality to be Pakistani then can I verify my account using a Pakistan's National ID Card.

1. You are not allowed to open or use another countries paypal account.

2. Paypal is not available in Pakistan.

3. You can't open one so you wouldn't be able to verify one.
