If you are unable to access your PayPal account please reach out to our Customer Support team by phone. You can locate the number by clicking on "Help and Contact" - > "Call Us" - > "Continue as a Guest".
They will also be able to assist you with linking your M-Pesa account once you have successfully logged in.
