I want to revert my business account back to personal

I got ahead of myself and upgraded my personal account to business at the beginning of this year when I really didn't need to just yet, where do I go to change it back?

Downgrading to personal account has to be done by customer service:

 

  1. Log on.
  2. Click HELP at the top menu.
  3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
  4. Scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.
