PayPal is not a toy to test out, it is a real financial tool/instrument. Can't add fake/random info, etc because that could be a problem if PayPal asks you to verify your info and your info don't match your financial info. If you want to close it, make sure there is no balance or unconfirmed email addresses. And then just close it. It may ask for your bank account number when closing. Your cards will expire eventually so just leave it there. PayPal keeps a record of all customer info/financial data for security purposes. If you want to open a new account in the future use real info. Do you have open Resolution Center cases regarding disputes or account limitations? If so, you can't close your account. Do you have any open or pending transactions with the cards?
