I want to change my name

I want to change my name at paypal to my full name, so i changed it and sent an picture id and marriage cert. And said that i should wait for 3 business days but its already a week and i havent receive any email if i can change it or not.

Allow a few weeks and then contact for an update is your best bet as everything has been delayed by covid for months hasn't it.
