I want to change my name so i can when i want enable automatic top up

I have already send a picture of my card i have combines with paypal and a police id verification i am me.

I send these 2 pictures before 3 days and still nothing.

Why?

You can only change a name on a paypal account if their are 2 characters incorrect OR for legal reasons eg marriage.

You can't change a fake name to a real name OR from one person to another.

I never said my name is fake. i just say the name i have put it isn't exactly as it write at my bank card or my police id.

And i can't enable the automatic top up so.....
