I've just turned 18, I don't have a driver's license, and still live at home. What do I do?

Hi,

As of today, I'm officially 18 years old. Unfortunately, PayPal is currently attempting to force me to provide identification which I am unable to provide, as I simply do not have the ability to get them - ignoring a driver's license, I need to provide a passport (my current one is expired) and a utility bill (I still live at home). Is there a way I can finish creating my PayPal account?

Thank you,

Trey

Sadly if you can't provide the i.d. that they request then its unlikely you will be able to use a paypal account.

Hey,

Great news! I got my state ID in the mail, and verified my account...but now technical issues are afoot.
