I've got an issue with my limited account...

Hello, I want to ask what am I supposed to do about this issue, I send them my identification card and my details match with everything that is written onto it and I even wrote in my native language and they return my request one day later saying that the information doesn't match.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
