I didn't able change my name please help me 1 years with support cent no help 

i send them about 8 documents 

show evrey think with my credit card and my ID the bank national 

evrey think my id cars 

without help till now 1

without doing any think with my account and my viza 

i want to BUY XBOX ONE RED and games 

but when i BUY tell me to use card the card is wwith 18 euro 

and my bank has 12 euro 

and my paypal has 40 euro 

i want to send 40 usd to my viza to BUY 

BUT WHEN I DO WITHDRAW 

NOTHINK DO

If you opened your legal financial paypal account with a fake name then no document you send in is going to confirm the name on your paypal account matches the name on your document.

Therefore you would be limited as you would not be able to confirm that you were ...the name on that paypal account.

like picture on my ID name in viza card i use my finger to hide the first 8 number of my card tat's it
