I need to change my settings so that i can accept money on my account

I just created an account so my friend could send some money to me but the account has been set to only accept payments from my website, which i don't have. How do I fix this. I searched online and it says to use the seller's preference tab but I just can't find the seller preference tab.

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
