I need to CASH IN on my Paypal but there is no "ADD MONEY" button

I'm from Philippines. So I'm struggling to put money on my Paypal using my Bank Account. I have to send money to someone. I don't see any ADD MONEY button on my Paypal app. Please help me on this.

I don't think you can add funds to a paypal balance in your country BUT as a buyer you never need funds in your balance.

Paypal will automatically take the funds from any linked and confirmed bank account or card.
