I've upgraded my Paypal account to Business few years ago and it's working very well.
About months ago, I decided to change the domain of the site and the Name of Business to match with the new domain. Then I got verification of business address on the bill etc.
But. The problem is I use this business account only for online business - selling digital goods and services online. So, there isn't local business match with the Paypal Business account name. That's why I can't send the document match with Paypal Business Account to verify my account again.
I've explained this before when I upgraded my account to Business and Paypal has allows that and verify my account.
And now, please check my case and remove the limit and verification require for my account.
