I need help to access my other PayPal account

Hi! I have two PayPal accounts, both bearing my full name (first name + surname), one for Gmail and the other for Yahoo. I made my first account (Gmail) about 10 years ago, but I've opted to use the one with Yahoo since I started my freelance writing/editing career. Over a year ago, one of my clients mistakenly sent a payment to my account (with Gmail) (but should have been to the one with Yahoo). My PayPal Account (with Gmail) is so old that I can't remember the password and don't have the phone number registered with it. I've initially tried to access it and contact Paypal customer reps but they weren't able to help me then. And due to my hectic schedule (been maintaining several clients at a time), I set that issue aside.

Now, I'm trying again to recover that account and hopefully this time I can access it. The problem is, I can't email or message PayPal directly nowadays because of the very unreasonable system it has imposed, where most of the options will bring a customer like me to a dead end. And I've tried calling their two phone numbers (both for outside and inside the US) but to no avail. I've spent literally hours (and costly phone load) trying to get hold of a live human agent, but to no avail.

My question is, is there really a way to call or email them? I really need to contact PayPal the soonest time possible. I do hope someone can finally help me recover my account. Thanks in advance!

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
OR
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
