I moved out before I withdraw money

Hi guys

 

I previously lived in the Philippines and opened Paypal that time.

 

And I moved back to Japan where I originally from and I didn't close PayPal that time.

 

So now my Paypal account has been locked and I sent email several times to the management and get no response.

Telephone is not available, after auto-message takes my call she hung up the call after several questions.

 

Kindly help me anyone if there are any solution you know.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
