I made my account in Sweden a century ago, now I live in other country....

PayPal account made more than 15 years ago. While I lived in Sweden. Today I'm living in Brazil but wish to continue my PayPal made in Sweden. Problem is: I would like to add an old bank account in Sweden, because I still have it and because I go often to Sweden etc..but then the PayPal wants to send a code number to MY OLD Swedish telephone! I 'm not able to change to a Brazilian number I'm using now. As well not able to change my address or add a new address as well add a new telephone number ONLY becuae it's NOT in SWEDEN!

Anyone knows how to fix the situation?

Since I'm a Swedish as well Brazilian cityzen.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.
