I'm still locked out of my account

I have provided ALL of my personal financial information to Paypal via uploaded files and I am still locked out of my account.

What do I have to do?

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to use your account. Are you referring to a limitation? If so, when was the information provided? Are all the limitation resolution steps completed? 

 

Is the issue something other than a limitation?
