I'm receiving email notifications about changes to my account that I'm not making

It's as though there are 2 PayPal accounts associated with my email address. My account has remained the same, despite the fact that I've received several email notifications that my name, address, email, and credit cards have changed. Is this possible? It is very concerning. I tried to ask via message center 2 days ago and just received a boilerplate response that had nothing to do with my issue. I've called several times and after walking through the many prompts the call gets disconnected. I just asked to be called back by the customer service number but I have no faith that will actually happen. Can someone please help me out? I'm freaked out by these email notifications about changes to my account that I'm not making.
