I can't log into my previous paypal account, the password is hard to remember and I can't find the paper it is written on. Meanwhile a couple of months back I lost my mobile phone and I need that to log into my e-mail, so i've no way of accessing my account. I do have the 2 security question answers though.
I have my credit card on me so I was thinking could I use that on my new account? Or would paypal see that the same credit card is being used on 2 seperate accounts and not allow it?
