I live no longer in Australia

Hi,

I have started account when living in Australia. As I haven't got australian phone number/australian ID I can not re-activate my account with founds blocked.

I have tried contacting PayPal desk many times with emails and chat, without any reaply- only sending me back to FAQ, which doesnt give any answer.

Please advise how to resolve?
