I haven't received any deposits for the verification

My customers are not able to pay me through paypal. When I checked, my bank account isn't verified yet! But then, it says it's linked. I haven't received any deposits also for the verification. It has been 6 days now and I was trying to contact paypal, but then no response from them. What should I do?
