I'm having a problem with name changing. In my country, the name displays as Last name + First name. But in Paypal it is First name + Last name. I requested name changing and upload ID card and Bank card to Paypal but it is over a week since then and I haven't received any respondents. Is this abnormal? Please give me your advice.
