I have to change my nationality in profile setting and have to change time zone as well.

Hi, there

            I am new on the PayPal account.I have to link my account with a bank in Saudi Arabia. As I log in there I found the time zone and nationality given in my profile is wrong. So, kindly tell how can I solve these issues?
