Hi, by my stupid coincidence, I noticed that I had the wrong paypal address. I'm from the Czech Republic, and I inadvertently set up Paypal in the USA. My credit card normally connected to my account and the phone number does not fit. So I wanted to make a transaction where I accepted the payment I entered from Coinbase to paypal, and I also wanted to send it to my credit card. Where to get around for breaking the rules: / I would now need help to get money sent from a paypal account, then cancel the account and set up a new one. Thank you
