Hi @ahmedmahran,

 

I'm sorry that the validation process during password recovery is not working for you. If you're unable to complete password recovery, please reach out to customer service by phone for assistance. Please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then choose Call us, then click to call as a guest.
