I have 2 questions - email verification and money not received yet

I have 2 questions - During email verification, Confirmation code was not asked and now when my email id is confirmed i do not see any money received. Do you think there;s some error with verification?

Oh no! Are you expecting a payment that was unclaimed? I would advise having the sender check the status of the payment and the email they sent it to. If everything is correct and you still don't see the payment, and it shows completed on their end, it may be best to contact us by phone, Facebook, or Twitter so that we can look into this and help.
